Q1: Are you a manufacturer or trading company?
A1: We are the manufacture with more than 20 years experience.

Q2:How to start to order?
A2:Please advice your interested models or send us drawing&Samples,our service team will guide you professionally.

Q3: What about the payment methods?
A3: We support T/T,Credit card, Paypal, and Western Union, etc.

Q4: What about the shipping methods?
A4: Less Than Container Load( LCL) and Full Container Load(FCL) by sea,by air as well

Q5: How much does it cost to ship to my country?
A5: It depends on which port need to ship to, and how many goods would need total.
Also fee will be different in different seasons. (We can offer to port or to door service both)

Q6: What's your delivery time?
A6: Bulk lead time will be around 7-35 days after samples are approved

Q7: Can I print our logo/barcode/unique QR code/series number on your products?
A7: Yes, of course.We can provide this service as long as the customer needs it.

Q8: Can I order some sample for our testing?
A8: Samples will be invoiced at EXW prices x 2, but it will be refunded when you have placed final orders.

Q9: How can you make sure we will receive the products with high quality?
A9: We have internal QC inspection. Also we can provide the finished products pictures and video before delivery. If necessary, we support third party inspection like SGS, BV, CCIC,etc .

Q10: What's loading quantity for full container?
A10: It depend on the items you want to order,Normally it can load 3000-5000pcs per container.
